ABOUT OUR HISTORY

Ralf Maier

Ralf (pronounced Ralph) Maier, the owner, was born and raised in Germany. He has a Master's Degree in Engineering and immigrated to the United States in 2002, where he became a Licensed Residential Contractor with the State of Georgia (License # RBQA005605). Ralf has more than 13 years of experience in remodeling, starting with all the projects he needed to do to remodel his entire home. 

Greg Harris

Greg Harris is the Operations Supervisor and head of the Design/Build Department at Maier Renovations. He has over 20 years of construction experience.  

Greg graduated from Florida State University in 1995 with a degree in civil Engineering. He worked for the State of Florida, managing over $25 million worth of construction projects around the state. Greg then worked for several different residential and commercial contracting companies and got licensed in the State of Florida as a Certified General Contractor (License # CGC1511051). He is a multiple time winner of Parade of Homes for design & construction.

Greg is part of the TKE Alumni Board FSU chapter and a mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of North Georgia.
